I also used a flower from Dainty Dahlings. I altered the color composition of the top layer to give it a softer blue tone and added a shadow layer behind it before printing. I distressed the photo of the girl before adding her atop the card. The sentiment is a foiled sticker from Tim Holtz Idea-ology.
