I must admit that I never played The Legend of Zelda when I was younger, but I am very familiar with Princess Zelda and the warrior Link. I think anyone my age or younger can recognize that green tunic anywhere. I used the images from beat.paper's The Legend of Zelda digital set to create this fun card. The digital set is full of accessory images too and two poses for each of those below. (Affiliate links used when available; I appreciate your support. xx)
Supplies Used:
The Legend of Zelda
Sweet Sentiment Premium Cardstock
Gelly Roll Pen - White
Jaded Blossom I Vike You (for the sentiment)
Christmas Confetti sequin Mix from Mixing My Way
I watercolored the images with Karin Markers on Sweet Sentiment Premium Cardstock. I glued a small red rhinestone to the top of Zelda's hairline.
When looking for card inspiration, I stumbled across a cool background using similar colors of smaller triangles. For my version, I cut triangles 1.5" wide and tall and assembled my background.
I added the characters with dimension to the background, tucking the sentiment just behind Link's head in the upper right. A scattering of sequins finished the card. I love how cool the graphic background looks!
