Good evening and welcome to the kick off of another hop with the crafty festival crew featuring fall, called Festival of Fall 2020.
The prompt for the first week is "New Starts" and I thought a simple, beautiful floral (so out of my element) is such a simple representation of beginnings, either from loss or celebration. I used SugarPea Designs Pretty Peonies for this no-line card. I merely scribbled watermarkers onto the stamp then moved the ink with a waterbrush, adding more marker color to the paper directly as needed. I embossed a sentiment from the set in gold and matted the panel upon a pink patterned and gold foiled papers.
