*I chose to purchase the 8-1/2"x11" Sheets myself, but it is a bit more of an investment upfront. In the long run, it is cheaper per card but I think it is great they offer A2 sized panels.

This was my first play with oxide inks using my BetterPress plates and I think they turned out great! A big trick I learned for even (light) coverage is the use of a blending brush to ink the plates, versus direct ink pad to plate with the BetterPress Inks. I applied the distress oxide in an even layer on the green "O" on the first card and the colors, while very rich, were too dark for this beautiful layered look. The softness of ink the plate with the brush is so lovely, easier to do (quite honestly), and uses far less ink.
