I already introduced you to Hootie the puffer fish from Sweet November's June release with my Puffer Daddy tag, and today I am so happy to share my take on new mermaid Jewel Eboncave. The product of the month at 7 Kids Crafting Supply Store for June is washi tape and thought it would be a fun twist to make a washi ocean.
I printed the images onto Canson Mix Media paper and watercolored with Spectrum Noir's AquaBlend pencils and Aqua markers. I then merely layered strips of washi tape from my stash to create the ocean scene, adding a bit of seaweed and sentiments from my stash. A few clear droplet embellishments completed this cool summer card.
