Halloween is the safest day..

I pulled aside this incredibly funny sentiment from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps (affiliate link) to create easy Halloween cards.  Safest Day needed to be the focal point, so I merely added some dripping blood and splatter on both black and white card panels.  I wanted to see which I preferred.. I honestly love both.  The splatter is easier to see on the white panel but still faintly visible on the black.  I layered both cards with newspaper, adding an additional striped panel behind the black.  If you look closely, the TV lineup on the white actually worked quite well for the card.  LOL

To add more sheen to the dripping blood on the black panel, I layered the distress ink with Lindy's Gang embossing powder.  I sprinkled the same embossing powder over parts of the black stamped sentiment on the white panel too, for extra fun.
