Birds & Bees with Gecko Galz

I'm on the Gecko Galz blog today with projects following the challenge theme this month -- Birds & Bees.  I've recorded a project share video on my YouTube channel as well so you can see more detail (just mind the background noises from the family):  Honey Bee ATCs and Mini Notebook in an Upcycled Acrylic Box for Gecko Galz.

The tag stack (bottom left) and vintage library card image, embellishing the top of the wee notebook, are from the Victorian Elegance Junk Journal Kit.

I used vintage book pages from my stash to further embellish all projects.  I rubbed glue around the perimeter of the upper right ATC and on the wings of the bee on the center ATC and added gold microfine glitter.  I foiled the sentiments seen upper left and bottom right; I use a laser printer which happily gives me the option to foil.  I used the negative to the sentiment upper left to embellish the front of the acrylic box.  All of the goodies fit nicely within.  The acrylic box was upcycled.  (I can't remember what it used to contain but it is perfect for ATCs and other small projects.)
