Oh my goodness, Jaded Blossom's Hey Chickie stamp set is just too adorable (and it's on sale this month!). I've wanted to use this sentiment since I purchased the set, so I finally got around to inking up the set for this month's February Monthly Challenge: Thank You Card or Treat.
I stamped the little lady chickie onto yellow cardstock then added some wee shading with colored pencils. I opted to emboss the glasses for a fun twist of color using Wow Totally Teal glitter embossing powder. I also lucked out and found paper that tied all the colors together! Bonus! I extended the sentiment banner, cutting the far edge with a paper edge die from Jaded Blossom's School Dies. I managed to shove two yellow Peeps into a treat bag and my treat was complete!
