I'm honored to be joining Spellbinders's for their Stylish Ovals release! (Affiliate links used throughout; thank you for your support!) This new release boasts butterflies and heartwarming sentiments, with dies that appeal to those that stitch and several new hot foil plates. Since stitching and hot foil are not in my crafty arsenal, I chose to use the new Beautiful Butterflies 3D embossing folder and Fill My Heart Sentiments. (Even my girls had fun with the embossing folder too!)

The first card I created was painted with liquid shimmer watercolors, carefully inking the perimeter with blue oxide ink. I trimmed the panel to 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" and added the sentiment with foam adhesive. A few sequins finished the card. It has such a delicate look and the shimmer is a nice bonus.
My second card was harder to capture. I splattered ink in purple, pink, and yellow then lightly inked the edges in Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink. My youngest had started painting blocks of color on her panel which inspired the addition of stripes of color. I love it! The embossed details are easier seen in person and create a nice background without being too much. The bigger sentiment stamped in the same purple shimmer ink as the first card finished the card.
