Today I am sharing a card using the Jaded Blossom Monthly Spotlight stamp set Be A Pineapple, currently on sale for $10.99. I layered several purple flowers behind my sentiment label to complement all of the yellow. I just adore this sweet pineapple!
To color the pineapple, I scribbled my waterbased markers onto the stamp itself before stamping -- Pale Orange, Ochre, and Grass Karin Markers -- then used a damp brush to pull the color out and color the image. I stamped the face in VersaFine Onyx Black and added a wee bit of Rose Pink to her cheeks. A wee flower was added at the base of her "crown" and the card was assembled.
