Hello all! For my August DT Spotlight with Kitty Bee Designs, I used the adorable Ukulele Panda. I wanted to make a fun birthday card, with the sweet panda singing happy birthday tunes!
I ink blended an ombre balloon background using Echo Park's Birthday Balloons stencil and added some fun music notes in very light grey. I then layered three layers of fringe with the die cut greeting "celebrate", both from My Favorite Things. This card make me smile!
